How to top up and check your balance
Create a Ganap test top-up, follow its status, and use one shared test wallet.
Ganap TEST only. No real GCash payment or cashout is available. The GCash label on prices and balances represents test credits, not money in your GCash account.
Create a test top-up
- Sign in and open Wallet & top-up. In public open beta, choose Open wallet if shown. Your wallet starts at zero; the local trading demo instead includes one-time demo credits.
- Under Try a wallet top-up, choose a Test amount: 200, 500, or 1,000. Select Create test top-up once.
- Find the order under Test top-ups and keep its reference. Ask the team to simulate that test payment. This test checkout does not provide a payable GCash code.
- After the team confirms the simulation, choose Check payment on that order or Refresh to see its latest state.
- Check for Credited to test wallet, the updated Demo wallet balance, and the top-up entry in Transaction history.
Each paid test top-up credits once. If you want to support an affiliate, confirm their code before your first eligible payment.
What the status means
- Checkout needs retry: use Retry checkout for that order.
- Awaiting Ganap test simulation: the test has not credited yet. Ask the team to complete the simulation; use Check payment for an update.
- Credited to test wallet: the credit is recorded. Refresh your balance and history.
- Expired or Failed: no credit is given. Check the status with the team before starting another test if the outcome is unclear.
- Test refund · wallet credit reversed: the team simulated a full reversal and the test credits were deducted once. This does not send a cash refund through Ganap.
- Test refund · manual review required: the wallet could not cover the reversal. New Item Shop and all Player Marketplace purchases are paused until the team reviews and resolves it.
One shared test wallet
Shared test wallet pays for official Item Shop orders, demo Player Market listings and listings marked Local game item. Ganap TEST top-ups and sale proceeds credit the same balance. It shows your latest 100 transactions.
The public open-beta wallet opens at zero. In Wallet, claim your one-time ₱2,500 TEST starter credits to try the Item Shop and Player Market, or use a confirmed Ganap TEST top-up. Sales also add TEST credits. The starter claim is available once per account, has no cash value, and does not create affiliate commission. Earlier separate game-test balances are archived and cannot be spent.
This is not your live game currency or real GCash balance. Test credits cannot be cashed out.
Payment help
My top-up has a refund or manual-review status
Contact support with the top-up reference. Do not create another payment just to clear the pause. The team checks your wallet, purchases, and any game deliveries. Local refund simulations reverse the eligible affiliate commission too; already purchased items are not automatically deleted.
The request timed out or I am unsure it was created
Use Retry test top-up, Retry checkout, or Check payment for the existing attempt. Do not create a replacement while its outcome is unclear. The amount may remain fixed until the retry finishes.
The team marked it paid but my balance has not changed
Use Check payment, then refresh. If the status remains unclear, contact support with the reference, amount, time, username, and displayed status. Do not send another payment to resolve a missing credit.
