Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the RANATICS MOBILE game and this website, operated by the RANATICS MOBILE team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, playing, or using the website, you agree to follow them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account and stop using the service.

Sections 2 to 5 cover the game, sections 6 to 9 the website, and the rest apply to both. These terms do not replace the App Store, Google Play or Apple TestFlight agreements that apply when you install the app, and nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

2. The game: your account

An account is personal to you. Keep your password and PIN to yourself, and tell us promptly at hi@gelabs.dev if you believe someone else has gained access. You are responsible for activity on your account except where the law says otherwise.

Give accurate registration details. You must meet the age requirement of your app store and of your own country, and have a parent or guardian’s consent where it is required. Signing in with Apple or Google links that identity to your account.

Do not sell, buy, rent, share or transfer accounts or characters. We may refuse or reclaim a username that impersonates another person, misleads players, or is unlawful or abusive.

3. The game: rules of play

While playing, do not:

• Use automation, bots, macros, modified clients, memory or packet tools, or anything else that plays for you or alters how the game behaves.
• Exploit a bug, error or unintended behaviour for advantage. Report it to us instead.
• Harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate other players or our staff, or post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content that sexualises minors.
• Trade accounts, characters, items or in-game gold for real money or anything of real-world value.
• Attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, or disrupt the game, its servers, or other players’ access.

In-game chat and public activity are visible to other players and may be reviewed when we investigate a report.

4. The game: items, gold and the open beta

In-game items, currency and characters are licensed to you for use within the game. They are not your property, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may add, change, rebalance or remove content as the game develops.

RANATICS MOBILE is in open beta. Access may be interrupted, and progress, characters, items and gold may be reset or removed as part of testing.

If paid items are introduced, their terms and prices will be shown before purchase, and purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by those stores under their own payment and refund policies.

5. The game: suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or where it is necessary to protect players or the service. We aim to act proportionately and, where appropriate and lawful, to tell you why.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the game: Options → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone — your characters are removed from play, a guild led by one of them is disbanded, and your personal information is handled as described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Deleting an account does not refund anything.

We may end or suspend the open beta, or the service itself, giving such notice as is reasonable and required by law.

6. What the website provides

The website provides information about RANATICS MOBILE, platform availability, installation guidance, and links to the iOS beta. It does not create game accounts or process payments. Android is shown as coming soon; no Android release date is promised.

Descriptions and reference artwork may change as the game develops. An invitation link does not guarantee a beta place, device compatibility, uninterrupted access, or a particular final feature.

7. Email updates are a preview

The email form demonstrates validation only. Its platform choices, email field, and consent checkbox are processed in your browser; entries are not sent or saved by this website. Submitting it does not subscribe you, reserve access, or create an obligation to send updates.

You do not need to complete the form to follow the iOS TestFlight link. If a live subscription service is introduced, its collection and consent information will be provided before it is used.

8. Beta access and third-party services

iOS distribution uses Apple TestFlight, which has its own eligibility requirements and TestFlight Terms and Conditions. Follow the requirements shown by Apple and the app before participating. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian where required.

Beta software may contain errors, become unavailable, or lose data. Features and access can change during testing. Back up important information before installing beta software.

External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them does not make us their operator.

9. The website: responsible use

You may browse the website and share links for lawful purposes. Do not:

• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or disrupt the website or its hosting services.
• Distribute malware, send abusive or fraudulent messages, or impersonate the RANATICS MOBILE team.
• Use the website to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

We may take reasonable steps to block abusive traffic or restrict access where necessary to protect the website, its users, or comply with law.

10. Content and intellectual property

Logos, artwork, text, game content, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Playing the game or browsing the website does not transfer those rights or grant permission to imply an official partnership. Rights available under applicable law or an express license remain unaffected.

Artwork labeled as reference material illustrates the concept and is not a promise of final game visuals. Contact us if you believe material on the website or in the game infringes your rights, identifying the material and the basis of your concern.

11. Privacy and contact messages

Our Privacy Policy explains what the game holds in your account and how to delete it, and what happens with the preview form, hosting information, and messages you send us. Reading or accepting these terms does not enroll you in marketing communications.

12. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the game running and the website useful and current, but cannot promise that every detail will be complete or error-free, or that access will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, the game and the website are provided as available without additional warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost in-game progress, items or gold, resulting from use of the game or this website. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

13. Updates and applicable rights

We may update the game, the website and these terms. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date and apply prospectively; the game shows them again when they change in a way you should read, and any additional notice or agreement required by law will be provided. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms requires you to waive a right to bring a complaint or use a court or authority available under applicable law.
