How to become an affiliate
Get a referral code, invite friends, and track your lifetime 5% commission.
Affiliates is for every player; streaming is not required. Your affiliate code is created automatically the first time you sign in to the website. Test commission has no cash value, and cashouts are not available yet.
Get a code and share your link
- Create your account on the website or in game, then sign in.
- Open My account. Your affiliate dashboard and unique referral link are ready automatically; you do not need to request a code.
- On My account or Affiliates, enter Your public referral name (for example, dexie), choose Check availability, then Save referral name. Names use 3–24 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores and are case-insensitive. Your game username stays the same. You can save up to five times per day; old links stay valid and reserved to you.
- Choose Copy referral link and share it. Your link looks like https://www.ranaticsmobile.com/register/ref=dexie. New accounts created through it are referred automatically; existing referrals and earnings stay attached to your account if you change the name.
If someone invited you
- Open their referral link and check the large Invited by name. Create a new account using the username form or Apple/Google. The valid referral is saved automatically when registration finishes; visiting alone is not counted.
- Choose your device in Step 2 · Download and play. Open My account to check your saved referrer before topping up. Use the same username/password or provider identity to sign in to the game.
- Already have an account? Signing in through a link preserves your existing referral. If you have none, enter the code under Who referred you? on Affiliates and choose Confirm referral within 7 days of account creation and before your first eligible payment.
One referrer per game account. The choice cannot be changed, and you cannot refer yourself. The seven-day limit is for confirming the code; the commission relationship is lifetime.
Understand the dashboard
Qualifying Ganap TEST top-ups by a confirmed referred account currently add 5% to the affiliate's Test commission. For example, a 200 test top-up earns 10 test commission; 500 earns 25. Allow a short delay, then refresh My account or Affiliates.
Spending that topped-up balance in the Item Shop does not earn a second commission. Demo marketplace sales do not earn affiliate commission. Direct cash purchases and live payments are not enabled yet.
A full local test refund removes that top-up's commission, including when spent credits require wallet review. Allow the same short sync delay, then refresh to see the updated test total.
- Confirmed invites: new accounts registered through your link, plus eligible existing accounts that confirmed your code. Link visits and repeat sign-ins are not counted.
- Paying players · LIVE: referred accounts with qualifying live payments; TEST payments do not increase this count.
- Pending commission · LIVE: live commission awaiting release. This is separate from test commission and is not currently withdrawable.
- Paying players · TEST: referred accounts with a TEST payment that has not been fully refunded.
- Eligible payments · LIVE + TEST: qualifying payments that have not been fully refunded. A full refund removes the payment from this count and reduces its commission.
- Recent activity: eligible payment amounts and their commission, with test entries labelled Test.
Code and commission help
My code is invalid or inactive
Check the spelling and ask the code owner or team to confirm it is active. A username is not automatically an affiliate code.
I cannot confirm a code
Your account may already have a referrer, be outside the seven-day confirmation period, have a recorded eligible purchase, or be trying to use its own code. Contact support with the displayed message.
I do not see my dashboard or commission
Sign in to the game account you want to share from, then open My account or Affiliates. Every available game account gets its own link; an existing custom code is preserved. For missing test commission, confirm the referred account's payment is credited and its code was confirmed before payment. Refresh, then contact support with the payment reference if it is still missing.
